Was it ever faster?
How many and what kind/size hard drives?
Is that a PLAIN video... such as you are only exporting 4 minutes out of the center of a longer piece, or are you applying any effects?
Depending on the effect, they can take a long time to process

No it's actually about 4 clips put together, many splits, many effects. Could that be why?
