        Good day,

It sounds like you've got Adobe Acrobat installed.

Your license key is a 24-digit number that will be on DVD-case that your Acrobat media arrived in.

If you purchased your software via ESD (electronic software download), your serial number can be found by logging into the Adobe site with your Adobe ID credentials.

Let us know if we can be of further help!

        Kind regards,

Looks like you logged into the Acrobat.com site. You should have logged into Adobe.com which is where you would have purchased the software. Maybe that will help a touch.

              Good day Rick,

Based on your order number, it looks like you have a subscription to our ExportPDF service.  There is no license key/serial number associated with ExportPDF.

To use the ExportPDF service, simply visit http://exportpdf.acrobat.com and click 'Sign in' at the top right corner.  Enter your Adobe ID (email address) credentials to log into the service.  As ExportPDF is web-based, you simply utilize the tool through your web browser.  After you're logged in, you should see the ExportPDF interface, with a button saying 'Select PDF file..' to get the process started.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

              Kind regards,
