I hav been trying for 2 days to download flashplayer...this is the worst

mess Ive evr seen. Ive been hung up one 3 rimes and waited 40 minutes for

some idiont to call me back and nobody speaks Engie!!!!!!!!! can you help

OS = operating system.  Windows 7, Vista, XP, OS X, Linux, etc.  What browser do you use, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.?

Did you try clicking the link I gave you before?  When the page loaded, did you click the big "Download Now" button?  If so, what happened?
