Why does it tell me it is authorized to another user?  Adobe Digital

It's a licensing thing, Betty. Let me make a couple of assumptions.

First, you logged into Adobe's website and obtained an Adobe ID and

password. Then, you logged into another site to download your ebook with a

different ID. ADE is ID sensitive - you need to use the same ID as the one

you obtained from Adobe.
