Starting a few months ago, all my workspace windows often disappear when I'm working in Illustrator or Photoshop. The only thing that remains on the screen is the actual canvas area, all toolbox items on the left, and all editing windows on the right are gone.
This happens when I'm switching between application windows on my Mac using Command-Tab. It doesn't always happen but it happens quite often. I spend much time each day going to Window -> Workspace and choosing a new workspace setting so my windows appear again.
This happens both in Photoshop and Illustrator.
I'm running the newest updated of Lion OS X, the most updated versions of Illustrator and Photoshop from CS 5.5.
I've searched on the forum and web but can't find any insight on this . . . does anyone have any ideas?
"TAB" is the keyboard shortcut to hide all the panels hence may be when you press the "Command+TAB" , unknowingly you press the TAB key first which hide all the workspace
That's got to be it . . . I wish all my problems in life had such great easy answers. Thank you!!!
