Adobe Air error message when using  PSE 10

    vetteski65

When I try using the tips in PSE 10 I get an error message from Adobe Air stating that it is damaged. Have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but that hasn't helped. I have windows 7

Vetteski65 I would recommend reviewing Troubleshoot AIR installation | Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/air/kb/troubleshoot-air-installation-windows.html for steps on how to resolve your difficulties.  Please feel free to respond to this thread if you have any questions about the steps listed within the document.  If you could also respond with the specific error message you receive it would be appreciated.

Vetteski65 I would recommend reviewing Troubleshoot AIR installation | Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/air/kb/troubleshoot-air-installation-windows.ht ml for steps on how to resolve your difficulties.  Please feel free to respond to this thread if you have any questions about the steps listed within the document.  If you could also respond with the specific error message you receive it would be appreciated.

I am sorry Vetteski65 I am trying to understand where you currently are at in resolving your difficulties.  Were you able to install Adobe AIR successfully or not?  If not did you try the steps listed in Troubleshoot AIR installation | Windows - http://helpx.adobe.com/air/kb/troubleshoot-air-installation-windows.html.

Sorry, I haven't had a lot of time to work on this.  No, I am stilling getting the error message stating Air is damaged.  The log I posted was from when I installed it again. The next step in the docoment you said to use states to install an Adobe Air application. I'm not real tech savy, should I uninstall the help applicaton and reinstall it?

No you just want to focus on Adobe AIR at the moment.  You may need to locate an additional AIR application beyond the tips feature.
