Could you please provide the exact error message you are receiving? Also what have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties? Have you run the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to automatically review your installation logs?

Its an permission related issue.
Try to give read/write permissions to the below locations:
/Applications/Adobe*
/Applications/Utilities/Adobe*
/Library/Application Support/Adobe*
/Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher/
/Library/Preferences/
/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/
/Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe*
/Users/[user]/Library/Caches/Adobe*
/Users/[user]/Library/Caches/com.adobe*
/Users/[user]/Library/Preferences/Adobe*
Also, repair the disc permissions.

Enable Root user : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528
Start in Safe Boot mode | Mac OS X : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.html
For giving permissions to the above folders, goto "How to View and Change Permissions in the Finder's Info Window" section under http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2963

here is the link u sent me.... to activate the root user.
i only got until number7... there is no number 8. i dont see a edit menu at all..... there is a directory editor but no edit menu.... and i didnt see root user written anywhere, and i looked carefully.
OS X Lion
- From the Apple menu choose System Preferences....
- From the View menu choose Users & Groups.
- Click the lock and authenticate as an administrator account.
- Click Login Options....
- Click the "Edit..." or "Join..." button at the bottom right.
- Click the "Open Directory Utility..." button.
- Click the lock in the Directory Utility window.
- Enter an administrator account name and password, then click OK.
- Choose Enable Root User from the Edit menu.
- Enter the root password you wish to use in both the Password and Verify fields, then click OK.

Look in the menu bar in the top (near to apple icon) , there you will find the Edit menu , in the drop down of it , you have Enable Root User

Please try the following steps if someone is facing this issue
- Run the CS cleaner tool ( not required if you have some programs already installed)
- Enable The root user in MAC
give read/write permissions to the below locations:
/Applications/Adobe*
/Applications/Utilities/Adobe*
/Library/Application Support/Adobe*
/Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher/
/Library/Preferences/
/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/
/Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe*
/Users/[user]/Library/Caches/Adobe*
/Users/[user]/Library/Caches/com.adobe*
/Users/[user]/Library/Preferences/Adobe*
Don't worry if couple of them are not there in the system
- Verify and then Repair Disk Permisssions
- In case if it doesnot work then restart the system and Boot in the Safe Mode
- run the install again and it should work
