Correct settings to disable all updates in flashplayer.

i would like to know which settings are correct if i want to disable all updates

this is what i have in mms.cfg

Autoupdatedisable=1

silentautoupdateenable=0

is there way to validate\test either it is disable or not.

using windows 7 64 bit enterprise

msi version of flash player 11.2

You should use the Flash Player applet in the Contol Panel to enable/disable automatic updates.

But generally:

  • 1 = true
  • 0 = false

Unfortunately the Flash Player Admin Guide has it listed incorrectly.
