We used Story at our end and it seems responsive. Can you clear your browser cache once and then try to use the product again?

I’m using the desktop version, would my browser cache affect that?
If you are using Desktop version then there would be no affect of clearing browser cache. Are you using the application in online or offline mode?
We are not able to see the issue at our end so it would be better if you could give a time so that i can set a connect meeting and we can see the issue on your machine.
I have tried both online and offline. Makes no difference. I think it’s actually becoming worse. Strange that it affects both my Mac at home and my PC at work. When I ran it on Mac last night, Story was using nearly all 4GB of my RAM.
Connect isn’t good for me this week. I’ll see if the problem persists and contact you next week.
