My adbobe not recognized by websites

I repeatadly install the latest version and repeatadly even after I have just installed it ,am told by websites that I need to install latest version to view videos etc

When I go to the link nothing happens , I don’t see the video nor do I see the error message

It seems to be OK now I had to enable it in TOOLs even though I am Using IE9

Nice to know that. Flash Player plug-in needs to be enabled in the browser.
