1. Re: Inspirational & motivational videos
Bill Hunt Apr 21, 2012 4:09 PM (in response to ksemple)I have nothing to directly add, as my mind is sort of a blank there, BUT one of the things that I would do would be to expose myself to a lot of the Pop-culture coverage, to see many things that do not matter, and might even get in the way of peoples acceptance and pursuit of things that DO matter.
I'd search out various YouTube videos, that have gotten millions of hits, watch them, and then try to understand why so many, have invested so much time, in them, passing on things that can, and do, matter.
That is sort of like my wife's career. She has had bosses, from whom she learned a great deal. However, she appreciates those bosses, who showed her how NOT to do some things. The value of those "life-lessons" is great, though some were positives, and some negatives. Much can be learned from the "negatives" in life too.
Others will likely be able to do much better, than I can, with regard to "inspirational" material.
Good luck,
Hunt
