trouble viewing book

I purchased a book from kobobooks.com. When I open in Digital Editions, I only see blank white page

[Frustrated in AZ]

I need more information.

Did you register with Adobe and get an Adobe ID when you downloaded and

installed ADE?

Did you register with KOBO before you downloaded the ebook? (there are

some ebooks on KOBO that don't require registration to download.)

What kind of an ebook are we talking about? There are several formats

available on KOBO.

What is the operating system of your computer?
