It indicates that is downloading the support file, but when it gets to the point tha it displays the page in design view, the little indicator just spends. Eventually I will have to force close the program because it has stopped responding. Any suggestions. Last week I followed the instructions to clear the corrupted cache file Thursday and that worked. But today it did the same thing again.clear the cache again but why would the file get corrupted again after only one use?

I was able last Thursday to get the page to load on my local machine, by clearing the corrupted cache file. It worked Thursday. I did not open the program again until today, when it did the same thing.
