me aparece este mensaje e_lic_already_fullfilled_by_another_user , no se como solucionarlo

La mensaje indica que la licencia ha estaba usado por un otro. ¿Es verdad?

si algo asi en ingles claro, no se que hacer, he comprado el libro y no se como conseguir leerlo
