CS4 on Win 7 iMAC install issue.

Hi,

I am installing Cs4 suite on an iMAC running Windows 7.  Install fails after "checking system profile" with the error "Setup has encoutered an error and can not contiue.  Contact support" and then exits.  Any idea what the issue maybe?  I have installed it previously on my none IMAC boxes fine so maybe something specific to the imac hardware.

I would recommend reviewing the Analyze the Creative Suite 5 or CS5.5 PDapp log section of Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html#main_Analyze_the_Cre....  By reviewing the PDApp.log you should be able to determine what is causing the installation to fail prior to being able to actually begin the install process.

Were you able to locate the \Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp folder successfully?
