Lightroom 4 installation upgrade problem?

I was running Lightroom 3.6 on a PC.  I am switching over to a MAC Mini.  I installed my old copy of Lightroom 3 on the MAC, no problem.  Updated that to 3.6.  I purchased Lightroom 4.  When I go onto the Adobe My Orders page I see my order.  I expand the order to see details.When I click the download button the download does not appear to start it goes back to the view order page and instead of seeing the download button, it now says "Not applicable."  tried this several times.  ???

Seems to be a browser specific issue. Please try with a different browser and check.
