How to speed up toggling from Source to Design view?

Good morning ladies and gents,

My name is Riccardo.

I have a Mac with Lion, 8 GB RAM, i5 CPU.

I have Flash Builder 4.6.

I am deploying a simple Android application.

When I toggle from Source to Design view (and the other way around), the editor takes from 30 seconds to 5 or more minutes, depending on the complexity of the view.

I googled around and found no obvious reply to my problem.

Does anybody have a suggestion?

i have to deal with this problem constantly. so far i haven't able to solve this.

However, I have found something which helps a lot:

- clean project (Project>Clean)

- save whole project, close it

- reopen project

- open Design view

This is much faster than just opening desing view without cleaning, saving, reopening
