    Cannot find the my order


      States I am working in the trial vesion where as I paid for subscription today.

          Good day Roger,


          Are you trying to access ExportPDF via Adobe Reader?


          If so, try this:


          1. Choosing Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Adobe Reader > Preferences (Mac)
          2. Click 'Online Services' on the left-hand side 
          3. Click the 'Sign Out' button.
          4. Close Adobe Reader X.
          5. Relaunch Adobe Reader
          6. Sign in to ExportPDF by clicking Tools near the top-right corner and the blue 'Sign In' text.
          7. Log in with the email address (Adobe ID) used to purchase your subscription.
          8. Try to convert your file(s)
