I had a disk crash and I'm waiting for a new hard drive for my computer.
I am a professional photographer and need to minimize my down time.
I have purchased and registered LR4 and Photoshop CS5 and had both installed before the crash.
I have also installed both on my laptop.
I realize that I am only allowed to install these on two computers, and that if I want to install on another computer, I have to deactivate them on one of my computers first.
Of course, I didn't have a chance to deactivate these before the crash.
Now, I want to get ahead of the curve, so I don't run into problems when I reload these programs after I get my new hard drive. I am expecting an error message telling me I have already installed these programs on two computers and that is the limit.
I have all of the original software and upgrades and product license codes for LR1, 2, 3, and 4, and CS3, 4, and 5.
Who can I contact to reset the counter, so I can reinstall LR4 and CS5 on my new hard drive without problems?
Thanks,
Russ MacDonald
You simply call support in the matter. No need for further song and dance.

I tried to explain my whole situation, so it would be clear, and the jerk
called it a song and dance!
