I find no downloads on the downloads page

My "Your Downloads" page says "You have no downloads" Where is my product?

Did you choose the download option when making your purchase?  What exactly did you order?  Do you have an order number?

Customer service told me that I was too fast to try downloading the file. Even if I received an email telling me where and how to download my product, the status of my order was still pending. It seems I have to wait a couple of hours before they "feed" the page with the product to download. So I will wait and see !!!!!!!!
