Hi all, I have a Sony PRS650 ereader that uses Adobe Reader Mobile. When reading many PDF documents on the ereader and also on my laptop using Adobe Digital Editions, various figures are fully missing or partially missing. However, if the same pdf files are opened in Adobe Reader Version 9 on the laptop or the Sony Reader software on the laptop, the pdf files read perfectly - no partial or completely missing figures. Is there any means of rectifying this issue so that I can read the files on the ereader in their fullness, withour partial or complete diagrams missing??? Many thanks

Check the FAQ's in the Adobe Digital Editions Help section (F1 key when ADE
is open). Some features in PDF documents aren't supported by ADE (it's at
Reader 5) and some work only with certain types of text. I'm guessing
that's the reason.
Hope this helps!

I had very same problem, but finally resolved it.
I read that ADE was compatibile with PDF/A only, so I made a PDf file with compliance test and got a message:
<PDFA ISO="19005-1:2005" COMPLIANT="false">
PDF/A Compliance Report
1. Color
Violation. The output intent profile was not specified.
Violations: The total found in this section was 1.
2. Summary
Warnings: The total found in this document was 0.
Violations: The total found in this document was 1.
This document does not pass PDF/A-1b:2005 compliance checks.
</PDFA>
so I resaved my jpeg files with NO COLOR PROFILE and... it worked!
