Question: Sending samples of RH9 content for review

I'm using RH9.0.2 and need to know if there's a way to send sample pages of a project (with functioning links) as an email attachment. I'm required to provide certain sections of a project to an outside review committee. They must be able to review functional versions of specific documents without having access to the entire project. Any suggestions?

First you need a mini version of the help with just those topics that you want them to see. That can be achieved by using build tags.

As far as sending it is concerned, what is the output?

WebHelp will need to be zipped and you will have to give them instructions on how to start the help.

A CHM will need to be put on their local drives and likely they will have to right click the file in Windows Explorer and tick a check box allowing it to be run.
