HAVE DOWNLOADED  ADOBE FLASH PLAYER 3 TIMES IN 3 WEEKS . WAS ADVISED DOWNLOAD WAS COMPLETE AND SUCCESSFULL. TO THIS DATE 5/7/2012 HAVE NOT SEEN  ADOBE ON MY COMPUTER. AT ALL. CAN IT BE FIXED. THANKS

Possibly, but you need to tell us more about your computer. Operating system, system specs, browsers used etc. And please don't use all caps writing. It's considered rude and bad forum conduct - not just here, but on any Internet forums.
