Where is the Animation Panel in CS6?  (I currently have the trial version, which is Extended.)  It's not under the Window menu.

Found it!  It's in the Timeline panel.  Choose Frame Animation.

I don't want to create it from a video, but from a basic layered PS document, where each layer in turn is displayed.  (Maybe my answer is in that document, though -- haven't read it yet.)
