Do you receive any error messages when you try to install? Have you tried running the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to see if it identify what is causing your difficulties?
Thanks for your reply,
I use your live chat serviec and your staff tell me that your are releasing the CS6,
so I'll get stock on adobe help, adobe story and adobe content viewer.
I'll download the CS6 trial version.
Excellent great to hear! Enjoy Creative Suite 6!
I get into another problem,
now I get stuck on Adobe Dreamweaver Widget Browser : (
I checked the system requirement, it says CS6 needs windows 7 SP1
and I'm windows 7 without SP1, could that cause my issue?
If you are below the minmium system requirements then your results can be quite unpredicatable in how the software performs. I would recommend upgrading to SP1 at least. You may want to take the time to download any additional Windows updates which are available as well.
I update to Windows 7 SP1 and run the installation download from adobe download assistant, but still get stuck on installing adobe help and adobe dreamweaver widget browser.
After that, I think maybe my file has some error during the download process, so I re-download from direct link in this article:
In first installation, with anti-virus and firewall closed, I still get stuck on adobe help : (
So I try to install under windows safe mode (without internet connection and commend window), this work !
Although I got a DW050 error, but I think that is because I interrupt the install process earlier.
I'll try to install all software in the master collection suite tomorrow. (I just install acrobat, PS, AI, indesign, flash, DW and fireworks, in oder to make the process quickly)
And I have another question,
I saw some software have 32 and 64 bit in the installation file in the direct link I provided.
Do I have to install both version or just install my windows version (64 bit only) ?
For now, I only install 64bit, and it works find.
I would recommend installing both the 32-bit and 64-bit version of the software. For more information regarding the benefits of having both versions please review 64-bit OS benefits, limitations | Photoshop CS4, CS5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/64-bit-os-benefits-limitations.html.
