How to point secondary domain A record to BC server?

I would like to point a secondary domain to my BC site, without the domain being DNS managed via BC. Am I able to add an A record entry pointing to the BC server, what IP should I use?

The following are the IP addresses for BC data centers:

202.176.14.137 for sites on the Australia data center

192.150.2.140 for sites on the United States data center

192.150.8.140 for sites on the European Union data center

Is it necessary to add the additional domain/s to "the BC site" and specify it as "Use an external DNS server" so that the external A record associates to "the site"
