I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements online (download), changed operating systems from Windows NP to Windows 7, and now Adobe wants me to download again and be charged again....Help?!!!?
If you get warnings about exhausted activations, call support. Everything else is not relevant. If you downloaded your software, then it's readily available from your user account for re-download - assuming you have a reasonably up-to-date version (PSE 10/ 9). Of course that won't be true for older legacy versions and indeed you would then have to upgrade/ buy a new license.
