What is the link to the website?
Where have the images been uploaded on the server?
The web page code
<img width="200" height="150" alt="rolls" src="Jags/Rollsbutt.png"/>
but that causes a 404 error (file not found in that location on the server).
Are your images in a folder somewhere on the server?
These files have been uploaded to the file manager on the server. (public_html)
I had the host company have a look and they said that there were no errors.
I have also tried to place images into a image folder in file manager on the server. (public_html)
I can't work out what I have done wrong.
All images show when testing with dreamweaver but not when the site is live.
I have used PNG files. Does that make a difference?

No, PNG makes no difference.
Are you certain that there is a file named Rollsbutt.png inside a folder named "Jags" in the public_html folder on the server?
The server is case sensitive so are the folder and file names identical in terms of UPPERCASE and lowercase?
I have made sure that all files are named correctly and exactly the same as the origanal ones.
When uploading onto the server I only have to click on the files that are required. The server has made it easy to upload files.
This also happened when the site was designed with Publisher (Yuk). At this stage I had someone else helping me and the same thing happened. She could not work it out either even though she is a professional web builder. When this happened I decided to rework it all in dreamweaver. Now the same thing is happening.
It get so frustrating.
All the files are firstly in a website folder on my desktop, then all in the correct place in the dreamweaver file. I have only uploaded the images that are required for the pages onto the host server. There are other images that are being used for the swf file that is in the currance of being built. This swf filke works well. the banner works well, but the side images don't. As you were able to see.
Is there a fault with this package?
is ther a chance that I have done something wrong?
Have just spoken to my mentor and he sugested to convert the files to jpeg to see if they will work. I will try thus and then get back to you.
Thank you very much for all your help today and I will be in contct with you very soon.

Won't make any difference.
It's a File Not Found (in that location on the server) error, not a problem with the file type.
The path to the file (where it's located on the server) is the issue because the server cannot find the requested file at the location where the code is pointing to.
