flash player freezes windows 7 64 bit in chrome and firefox. Any resolution to this problem? Have a brand new HP Computer and locks up my computer and hitting control alt delete does nothing. After holding the start button down and restarting the computer it will not start again until I take the battery out and do a fix. Any help on this?

Please check here what your Flash Player version is:
Please install the latest version if you have anything less than 11.2.202.235
Regarding your display adapters, go to these locations to check for newer device drivers:
P.S. the driver checking utility works best on Internet Explorer.

1. Go to the address field in chrome and type in "chrome://plugins"
2. You will see the section for the flash plugin, go to right of the page and click the "+" sign to expand the info.
3. Examine the entries you have for the flash plugin (usually two). Look at the "Location" address for each entry. Disable the one that belongs to the chrome application, you don't need it, it will conflict with adobe's plugin.
