when i download it on the assistant at the end of it being downloaded an message comes up saying the installer faild to initialize.please download adobe support advisor to detect the problem but when i use the support adviser it says there is nothing wrong.

i can not find the file i have tried everything and nothing is working can you just explain it very simple to me please
