Flash Player 11 installation.

I upgraded to Flash Player 11 which installed correctly.  However, a program that uses Flash Player said that I still need to install it.  I reinstalled Flash Player again and restarted the computer.  However, that did not help.  What should I try next?  My antivirus program is McAfee Security Center 11.  Thank you.  Paul H. i have same problem, im on windows  7.  with windows exp.  I  use google. Removed panda temporarily and tried  m/soft  security.   Shows in programs as installed but when i try to view anything, im told i need to install it.
