I get an error message that my digital additions has too many activations. How do I get it reset.
Have gone through the support page found the link re too many activations which says contact customer support and I get sent back to the same page with no way of submitting a case. Can anyone help? Jim Lester?

Call the Adobe Help line. They may push back, saying that they won't help
you because ADE is a free program. Push back - they are the only people
who can reset your activation count.
Now what caused the problem?

activated new kobo,.. old one was lost.. had issues with prev vers of kobo wifi, now have touch works better, but have used up activations with kobo devices and computer changes

You'll have to 'clean up' your file of devices. That's a technical issue -
