Click on License the software and type in the Adobe ID. It would work.

Augustbeckman May 12, 2012 2:48 PM (in response to Raghavendra M B)Well first I downloaded the Adobe aplication manager and then i used it to download photoshop, illustrator etc... when i start the apps i click License this software and then i log in. A little wheel spins for a few seconds and then it asks me for serial key.

1) Navigate to Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/Cache and rename the cache.db to cacheold.db
2) Launch the CS6 Application It will ask to enter the Serial Number, select Try.
3) Enter the Adobe ID and Password which was used to purchase the Creative Cloud.
4) Quit the application and re-launch and check if you are still ask to enter the serial number.

have to set it back to English before installing app's

test test......ah, removed cc Photoshop (20 days to go)
new download, install & done. You even don't have to activate > its done ! ...and the ui stayed the same ?
so for those where cc works fine but the app ask for serial
remove the app via win
clean your browser cache (warning if you already set to English>>>after cleaning the browser cache the app manager goes back to the language off your sys,)
set the app manager back to English & download/install/open app > and it is activated.

I dont know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
Windows:
In windows 7 navigate to following location:
/windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. look out for "Hosts" file
2. Open it with notepad
3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CS6
On Windows XP navigate to following location:
\windows\system32\drivers\etc
1. look out for "Hosts" file
2. Open it with notepad
3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CS6
Mac:
1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
3. Remove the entries and save the file
4. try again launching any product from CS6
