RoboHelp HTML just won't launch.

My RoboHelp HTML X5.0.1 just won't launch. Clicking the project file (XPJ), or launching the program from the Start-Programs menu, or directly accessing RoboHTML.exe does nothing. The process does show up in the Task Manager, but nothing happens to it. RoboHelp HTML was working fine about 2 days back. The only new thing I installed was Cleascase 7.0. Any idea what I can do?

RoboHelp for Word, however, works fine.

Thanks,
Kutra

Uninstalling Clearcase 7 helped. RoboHelp HTML X5.0.1 can now be launched.

BTW, I installed Cleatrcase 6.x, and RoboHelp HTML X5.0.1 can be launced as well.

Thanks,

Hi Kutra and welcome to our community

Seems I recall an issue with compatibility between RoboHelp HTML and ClearCase. Have you tried uninstalling ClearCase to see if RoboHelp HTML will launch successfully?

Cheers... Rick
