Want Flash to work.

Getting the message " only single instance of this application can run". Where would I find it? If I already have it, why do I get a screen that says "get flash"? Help!!

What Flash? Flash Player? Flash Pro? A compiled projector? You need to be more specific, including system specs and full version info.

Not tech savy in any way.

Want to see a picture bank from a teaching web site. Heres what happens:

Get a screen that says "get flash"

Click on it to download

click save file

double click on install

click run

then get a box that says 'only single...etc

Its a new Dell Inspiron 620 desktop computer, with windows 7 home, 64 bit operating system, use mozilla. Not sure what other info is needed. Thanks

Try to download and run the offline installer
