Brad needs help

I have downloaded flash player several time but everytime I try to access vedio on any web site it tells me I must have Adobe Flash Player to view.   In my addons it tells me it is active (Adobe Flash Player). I need your product to view just about anything.  Any help will be very much appreciated.   Thank You
