No Adobe Flash anymore?

I've had Adobe Flash since I purchased my computer 5 years ago. On the screen came a pop up saying "you need to up date Adobe Flash Now" I followed the instructions- uninstalled Flash and now I cant down load it!

It's a Mac OS X

version 10.5.8

web browser could be Safari or TenFourFoxG5.
