.mov files with 32 bit float point give errors, best way to convert?

    VidNoob Level 1

So I was given footage for a film and some of the files won't link. Some for this specifical issue I notice are .mov files with 48ooo hz,  32 bit float and 2 monos. Those files say unsupported format or damaged file. I atempted to convert this file in imtoo video converter but the app crashes when I select this video.

Any method of getting this thing converted so I can link it? Also what is the scoops with Premiere with these files, why won't they work?
