reading fixed layout epub files

I have a fixed layout epub book which reads perfectly on Apple ipad but it does not read on Adobe Digital Editions.

Can somebody confirm that Adobe Digital Editions does not read fixed layout epub book?

If you're reading it on an iPad, did you get the ebook via Apple? That

would make a difference.

Actually I got the book from Nook. I tried to read it on my computer using Adobe Digital Editions, but it does not read well. The layout is all over the place.

So is it true that Adobe Digital Editions cannot read a fixed layout epub book? I know it reads a reflowable epub book perfectly well.

Please confirm.
