janetinJer May 17, 2012 4:12 AM (in response to Barbara B.)This is, again, a post via email reply.
Barbara B.:
Logging out and in did not help--still got pink box saying I'm no longer logged in....
Since I'm periodically getting a popup "Message from Webpage" window saying Internal Server Error as I write, I tried disconnecting and reconnecting my modem, which I believe gives me a new IP address (?). That did not help either.
I am a single user on a single computer. Windows Home Premium 64-bit.

hatstead May 17, 2012 6:10 AM (in response to janetinJer)In Windows, go to Tools>Internet options. Try adusting the slider on the Privacy tab. My thinking is that this odd behavior may be related to cookies.

janetinJer May 17, 2012 9:49 AM (in response to Barbara B.)Is there a webmaster address for the site that I could write to? I keep getting a popup "Message from Webpage" window saying “Internal Server Error” as I write. This means that the
problem is with the web site's server.....

Barbara B. May 17, 2012 12:50 PM (in response to janetinJer)This means that the
problem is with the web site's server.....
But as you see, it isn't, since the rest of us are able to post with no problems. You can try the forum comments forum:
http://forums.adobe.com/community/general/forum_comments
but really it's most likely a problem with your computer/browser cache/etc.

12. Re: Cannot post replies in my thread!
janetinJer May 17, 2012 3:21 PM (in response to Barbara B.)This is from a well-known computer site:
Quite literally an "Internal Server Error" is an error on the web server that you're trying to access. That server is misconfigured in some way that is preventing it from responding properly to what you're asking for.
Aside from informing the site owner - which may, or may not, be the "webmaster" email address that's included in the error message - there's absolutely nothing you can do to resolve this problem, because it's not your problem. The person who is responsible for the website needs to fix it.
But all sites seem to say the same. Are any of you running a 64-bit Windows 7?
Is there no webmaster for the Adobe site??? I assume he would know what the problem is....
I will post at the link you gave me. I will also log in from the Home page because I seem to recall a link there for trouble with logging in.
