Hi, I need help with a problem I'm having here. I'm running windows 7 64 bit and I get a green screen when palying some videos. I udnerstand that to solve this, I need to disable hardware acceleration in the settings window. However, whenI open the settings window, I am unable to click anything. If anyone could help me with this problem, that'd be great. Thanks!

Green stuff in Flash content also indicates that you may need to upgrade the device drivers for your display adapter, in which case you may not need to disable hardware acceleration.  See http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765
