On a Mac 10.6. downloaded the latest version of flash player when suddenly videos (on any site) ceased to function. Using Safari there's an error message "Failed to Install. Contact Support."

There's now a warning message from the Console:

For some reason it is impossible to open Firefox now.  I'm unsure what to do.

Thanks.

Please try doing a clean install to see if that resolves the problem.
