trying to install adobe flash player - getting unspecified error

windows\temporary internet files\content:ie5\3jwlulwvf\install_flashplayer_11x32ax_gtbp_chrd_aih.exe

When I got this message the first time I uninstalled the older version of flashplayer and  I deleted all temporary internet files

I don't know the problem
