    Deactivate doesn't work

      Bought new computer. Transferred my files from Old Computer to New Computer.

       

      Deactivated CS4 on Old Computer.

       

      Adobe wizard said Deactivation was Successful

       

      Started InDesign on New Computer.

       

      Adobe wizard said licence not working.

       

      Restared New Computer.

       

      Started InDesign on New Computer.

       

      Adobe wizard said licence not working.

       

      Went back to Old Computer.

       

      De activated again.

       

      Adobe wizard said deactivation successful.

       

      Restarted Old Computer.

       

      Restarted New Computer

       

      Started InDesign on New Computer.

       

      Adobe wizard said licence not working.

       

      Went to Adobe.com

       

      Looked for tech support.

       

      Did exactly what was advised in forums, identical to what had already done.

       

      No change

       

      Searched site for five minutes and finally found phone number for tech support

       

      Phone message said support closed weekends.

       

      Conclusion: not printable.
