Error message

Many times when I use Adobe Reader X, I got the error message "

The instruction at”0x8b60bad5” refereced memory at “0x8b60bad5”. The memory could not be written."  Sometimes there is no problem.  I didn't have this problem with older version.  How do I overcome this problem?  I am using Windows XP.
