Flash MSI file? Where to download?

I tried filling out the form "apply to distribute flash player", but it won't let me hit "accept". The button is greyed out even though I filled out all required fields.

Can you send me a download link for the flash player msi?

Hi, I try the link, but after the registration where i find the MSI installer?

The other years, after the licence agreement, i received an e-mail with the link for the MSI download, this time nothing.
