Installation from disk Problem

I have a machine running Vista 32 bit. The program I purchased is The combination pack of Elements and Premier together. I was able to install Elements 10 with no problem. It asked me to restart the computer which I did. When I tried to install Premier the disk will no longer read properly. I get a message telling me the disk is blank and it wants to format it. The load program menu will not come up.

I also tried opening the disk using the explore disk option with the same result.

What should I do?

Have you tried the disc in a different computer or optical drive?  Sometimes as optical drives get older they may have difficulty reading certain media.  Also to confirm the optical drive you are using does have a DVD symbol on it?
