We have 2 computers that are receiving the same error as seen here: http://helpx.adobe.com/presenter/kb/error-presenter-failed-open-presenter.html
But they are both IE8. Also XP and using PPt 2007
They are using the trial version that they recently downloaded so their version is 7.07
Thoughts on how we can get past this error?
