How did you erase the articles? Did you do it through acrobat.com or through the Folio Builder panel?
I did it through the Folio Builder panel. Actually, when I go to acrobat.com the options to update, export or even cancel the publication aren't available either.

Today I upgraded the Folio Builder panel version 18.104.22.168 and the Folio Producer Tools version 1.10.1 to see if it was an error of this kind. Still don't work. Here's a view of the Folio Panel. As you can see, letters are shadowed in "grey" and there's no "update" option in the menu.
Anyone else has experienced this before? It's kind of urgent to know since I need to deliver projects to clients
Was this issue resolved? Last week my DPS worked fine and yesterday when trying to upload a new article I got same error.
