I'm using illustrator to design a logo. When I'm in illustrator everything is so small, I have to use 70 pt text just to be able to read it, then when I export the image its HUGE! what is happening?
Exactly what do you export?
If you cannot read stuff on screen, just zoom in.
I know I can zoom in to see it. But its frustrating because I never know what size its going to be when I export it. I have just been exporting it to a png, and It's always a surprise what size its going to be.
When you're designing for screen, turn on pixel preview and view at 100 %.
And you should dive into resolution issues. There are a couple of good threads on this subject in this forum with some very informative remakrs by JET. Please read that.
